In FGPS, we believe that every student can be a leader. Through our structured leadership programme, we aim to develop leaders who encompass the R3ICH values to ‘Model the Way’, ‘Inspire a Shared Vision’, ‘Challenge the Process’, ‘Enable Others to Act’ and ‘Encourage the Heart’.
